Most of the groups listed here are for married men who are questioning their sexuality and/or considering coming out. Gay Dad groups are included because they are likely to contain men who have been in straight marriages.

Groups that welcome all bi and gay men and groups for both bi men and bi women are not listed. These groups are common and can usually be found at local LGBTQ centers. You can search for a center near you HERE.

Please direct all questions about a particular group to the listed contact. Questions posted here as comments will be deleted.

Comments are enabled to allow visitors to post personalized, supporting information about individual groups. Generic and/or unhelpful statements will be deleted.

Gay and Married Mens' Association (GAMMA) - New South Wales (Surry Hills)
The purpose of GAMMA is to provide safe and confidential opportunities for men to discuss and consider issues relating to their sexuality and the relationships in their lives. We are a peer support group run by men who have been through their own journey and we meet twice a month to listen to each other, provide support, and often have a guest speaker on a relevant topic of interest.  Meetings are the first and third Wednesdays, 7:30-9:30pm.  For additional information, including a video about what the expect, go to their website.  Contact info: info@gamma.org.au.

Faces of Bi / Bi-curious Men (Sydney)
We are a group of bi / bi-curious men who organise casual platonic meetups with other bi / bi-curious men.  We think it's about time bi / bi-curious guys can just hang out.  Our meets are casual and chill, generally at an obscure local pub on a quiet suburb or a quieter beach or park to avoid bumping into people you know.  For more information, visit their website.
